QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for "Personnel of Department of International Protection (IP)" with the following qualifications to take part in a Global project carried out by Manpower Group in Turkey.

Required skills and competincies:

• University graduate,

• Good interpersonal communication skills,

• Ability to think strategically and analytically in the face of sudden developments,

• Being prone to teamwork and open to communication,

• Organization and planning skills,

• Good computer skills, especially in data entry and data management,

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,

• Good knowledge of English and Dari or Pashtu.

Expected Outcomes:

- Making status determination processes more effective and efficient,

- Following up the statistics at every stage of the status determination processes within the International Protection Department, organizing and participating in the meetings, planning the organizations, determining the needs of 81 provincial governorships and conducting other studies, receiving feedback from foreigners, establishing contacts with the provinces regarding the problems on GöçNet, interview planning, status determination and provide the expected support in all other relevant topics related to the process.

- Timely fulfillment of works and transactions falling within the scope of the Department's duty.
