· Minimum BSc degree in Engineering (preferably Electric-Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) from anacclaimed Turkish or International university
· 5 years’ experience of business development, sales, or product costing in automotive or other technological sectors
· · Advanced level of spoken and written English is arequirement additional language proficiency in German or French would be an advantage
· Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
· Open minded and eager in change management, commercial mind-set, analytical thinking.
· Customer oriented, constructive, friendly service approach, team player
· Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple and challenging responsibilities, meeturgent deadlines, seek and create new opportunities
· Freedom to travel as required by the role, flexibility in working hours
· Military service should be completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Execution of sectoral market analysis, forecasts and models required in company’s strategic planning activities
· Administration of customer relations.
· Leading feasibility, cost analysis and quotation activities in cooperation with other departments.
· As a part of project team, following up commercial aspects of engineering changes.
· To carry on price agreements for serial products according to contracts, preparing price/cost analysis and reports.
· Systematically reportingto Business Development & Sales Manager.
