QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Developing business from prospecting new businesses, following up on marketing leads, as well as expanding business from the company’s existing client base.

  • Responsible for developing new business leads. Candidate must be comfortable with cold-calling with ADVANCE LEVEL ENGLISH.
  • Keep in constant contact with our existing client base to maintain relationships and develop sales opportunities via cold call and/or email
  • Develop new contacts for our clients through Account Based Research (ABR) via LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo and other databases
  • Update CRM with new leads, contact information and qualifying questions
  • Clearly communicate client product descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions
  • Manage incoming calls from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing “cold” to “hot” calls to develop new business
  • Logs all calls and e-mails meetings to potential accounts.
  • Discusses customer issues with General Manager
  • Travels to attend meetings and trade shows directly related to respective accounts

About you

  • 2+ years of food export department sales and telemarketing experience with a background in market research a plus
  • Must be analytical intelligence.
  • High-energy with a strong desire to succeed.
  • High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.
  • Enjoy research! You will be doing account based research based on our clients buyer personas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • CRM experience especially
  • Experience pitching fairs, exhibitions, tradeshows
  • Caring and able to develop & maintain relationships.
  • Results oriented and great at multi-tasking.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines
  • Must be willing to travel
