QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Director for our company that designs and installs the Data Center.

Job Description:

• · Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals and make recommendations to senior management.
• · Oversee the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals.
• · Responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business targets.
• · Direct and coach lower level professionals. Work with Major Project Center to ensure quotations done on time as well as with local branches.
• · Prepare regular activity reports for leadership.
• · To be able to represent the company by making visits to public and private organizations that introduce the company and its field of activity,
• · To be able to prepare sales and follow-up reports for the projects for which bids are given.
• · To be able to direct the team by following companies and investment opportunities in developing or anticipated areas
• · Responsible for achieving the annual turnover target
• · Suggesting and implementing efficient business development strategies to ensure long-term success,
• · To build a customer base, to ensure satisfaction, to observe new collaborations, to develop effective relations with customers over time,
• · Creating marketing plans, executing daily operations,
• · To effectively manage customer referrals and feedback (requests, complaints, etc.) and to offer creative and practical solutions,

Requested Qualifications:

• · Graduated from of Universities
• · Have at least 5 years of work experience
• · Have managerial skills
• · Strong communication skills, target oriented,
• · Analytical mindset and open to development,
• · Able to take initiative, suitable for teamwork,
• · Having the qualifications to reflect the international brand culture,
• · Have to able to travel domestically and internationally
• · Have B Licence Active driving
• · Advanced level of English, Good level of French is preferred
• · Hybrid working system
• · Having an Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) Certificate is preferred
• · BMI Certificate is preferred
• · Knowledge or experience in building service systems, data centers and infrastructure
