QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İstanbul Office"
This position will be based out of the İstanbul Office.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or other relevant subject area,
- Minimum C or B Class Legal Safety Specialist certificate,
- NEBOSH or IOSH certificates will be plus,
- Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in international projects,
- Experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems, Internal Auditor certificates is essential,
- Advance oral and written communication skills in English,
- Highly organized, team player, pro-active and result oriented,
- High stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, willing to take responsibility,
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team,
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- No military obligation for male candidate.
Responsibilities
- Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems requirements to the Holding offices,
- Follow up Holding and Group Company OSGB activities at company head offices,
- Planning the HSE Board Meetings, inform the relevant Group Companies about taking action after the meeting, and monitor the results,
- Apply knowledge and understanding of health safety and environmental laws and legislation and both Turkish and International standards/regulations. Take actions according to updated requirements,
- Support the HSE organization, and facilitation of a variety of HSE programs, policies, documents and trainings,
- Provide administrative support for the Corporate HSE Department and safety team,
- Follow up/track level of accomplishment of action items derived from agreed action plans between HSE and other departments,
- Assists with the coordination, scheduling and documentation of department meetings, conferences, travels and activities,
- Generate necessary statistical reports by using HSE Portal as requested,
- Compile necessary HSE statistical reports and statistical information for Corporate HSE Manager as requested,
- Coordinating and verifying improvement plans and corrective actions,
- Prepare HSE performance reports, presentations and searching specific subjects under executive requests,
- Undertaking site visits; reviewing, monitoring HSE documentation.
