JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with business leads to understand the requirements and needs and translate those into technical and functional designs.
- Managing different models of integrations between ERP and other solutions
- SQL query writing and optimization skills
- Create and manage project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents, performance metrics, project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget within customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance of designs with corporate policies, business strategies, and technology directions.
- Giving system trainings to the key business users
- Map requirements to design elements and test cases.
- Manage changes, coordinate and perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
- Facilitate end-user training and communication to ensure solutions are effective and understood.
- Guide and advise other Business Analysts.
- Good command of spoken and written English language (Upper Intermediate)
- Experience and knowledge of computer hardware, network protocols and components,(Have sufficient knowledge to identify a level 1 problem)
- Having strong in customer service and relations,
- Having strong communication and follow-up skills,
- Customer and solution oriented, compatible with teamwork,
- Having time management and planning skills,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary,
- Having at least a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residence in Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Saray or Silivri
