Preparing annual IT budget plans (Capex/Opex) in line with the objectives of the company and ensuring coordination with IT business lines and Finance departments.
Leading the annual budget process, collaborated across IT business units during the entire process and providing Finance department with IT budget, and related analysis.
Managing the preparation, review and analysis of the BNNP group, IT cost report (Wiser) according to the internal timeline.
Analyzing budget vs. actual results, taking measures against cost overruns, identifying potential areas of cost savings and other areas of performance improvement.
Managing coordination between BNP Paribas Group and local teams on all topics related to IT budget, forecast and cost management, and provision of IT budget cost and performance reports.
Monitoring of Opex/Capex budget, ensuring that the purchase orders are timely and accurately opened and approved.
Responsible for IT invoice processing and resolution of vendor invoicing issues.
Ensuring that IT procurements are aligned with company procurement processes and follows them up with procurement department and other related departments.
Coordinating with budgeting and accounting to ensure that IT financial issues are carried out in accordance with established guidelines.
Providing ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Finance, Economics or any relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in budgeting, reporting, financial controlling areas
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills
Excellent communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive personality
