QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related areas
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of end-user hardware and software (remote and on-site)
- Solving technical problems and demands related to devices and softwares on-site or remotely. Desktop computer, laptop computer, printer, softwares...etc.
- Experienced in the use and maintenance of office equipment

- Managing all IT Onboarding and Offboarding processes of users at work entrances and exits
