IT Contract Management Specialist


  • Preparing and negotiating contract and price negotiations to contribute to the profitability of the company,
  • Teaming with Bid Team during Customer tender processes, understanding customer requirements analyze demand, markets and suppliers to create a basis for deciding on the optimum sourcing strategy, define go-to-market strategies, preparing RFX processes, requesting offers from suppliers, analyzing and ensuring the fulfillment of the offers with requirements,
  • Implementing alternative procurement sources to minimize lead times and costs in favor of customer, developing purchasing strategies for the company, cost analysis and reporting for the relevant materials / commodities,
  • Leading the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines
  • Analyzing offers commercially, order placement, managing purchasing processes in order to meet annual purchasing goals
  • Developing fixed price agreements and cost saving projects and methods in global level
  • Brings new suppliers, service providers and material innovations into the purchasing portfolio
  • Defining procurement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-effective supply of materials and services, monitoring the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio, take part in partner/reseller correspondences,
  • Maintain intensive regular contact with internal/external interface partners to understand developments (market, demand, etc.) and exert the appropriate influence, define risk and warrant costs,
  • Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing recommendations to prepare and complete contract negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate),
  • Undertake supplier management (selection/qualification, evaluation, auditing, development) to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain,
  • Organize and implement regional and cross-regional bundling of the demands of the different groups/sites and projects for optimum utilization of procurement power,
  • Preparing, negotiating, managing, monitoring and executing contracts such as NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Sales Agreements, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Reseller/ teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements,etc.
  • Ensuring the follow-up of the rights and obligations of the Company within the framework of the contracts and executing the necessary official correspondence process with the legal, with customer, vendor, other third parties and management
  • Informing the relevant departments in order to fulfill the contractual obligations of the company, tracking renewals times, executing renewals and inform finance and operations
  • Standardization of contract templates, and building a framework of contract annexes, drafting requirements to be fulfilled and revise where necessary,
  • Tracking vendor performance and company’s contractual liabilities, manage claim and dispute resolutions with customers/vendors,
  • Execution and follow-up of the necessary transactions (termination, notices,KVKK, GDPR compliancy etc.) within the framework of the employment contracts of the company employees,
  • Working with official translation offices to prepare or evaluate contracts in a foreign language, seek advice from the legal department or attorney to evaluate contract terms, if necessary,
  • Help developing and establishing contract management tools, systems and guidelines for documenting, archiving and KPI tracking of contract processes.
  • Experience in most of the customer experience, franchise, retail and team/task management solutions and products,
  • Experience preferably in more than one of Google Workspace, AWS and Atlassian products,


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other related field,

· Min.5 years experience of Procurement, working knowledge of IT procurement practices,

· Minimum 4 years of professional experience in contract preparation/ negotiations/ management/ and tender process in international and/or domestic projects,

· Proficiency in English, Advanced in writing, contract management and speaking,

· Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred, knowledge on National and International Public Procurement Rules and Legislations and FIDIC is an asset,

· Ability to meet the requirements of a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with multiple demands and priorities,

· Self-starting, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
