QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the 1st-line IT suppport work, such as installation, deployment, debugging and troubleshooting of various types of computers, network and VPN communications, and office software in the Middle-East and Africa Area.
• Responsible for the installation of computer terminal systems, virus checking and prevent, system upgrade and backup, and immediate handling of network, computer and IT office equipment failures.
• Responsible for the inspection and daily maintenance of equipment room equipment routers, servers, switches, UPS, weak current-related equipment.
• Responsible for the preparation and training of relevant technical knowledge documents.
• Responsible for the implementation of the information security institution and tools in the Middle-East and Africa region.

Job Requirements:

• More than 3 years of work experience in the IT industry, supporting a team of more than 200 employees.
• Possess high-quality service awareness, strong learning ability, proactive work, and can accurately understand the IT requirement of business departments.
• Familiar with daily troubleshooting of related IT equipment such as meeting room, computers, printers, projectors, etc.
• Familiar with the configuration of network equipment such as routers and switches, familiar with TCP/IP protocol.
• Base in Turkey and remote support for the middle-east and Africa area.
• Advance level of English both written & oral.
• Knowledge of information security or network security technology, relevant work experience is preferred.
