JOB DESCRIPTION
· Effectively communicate yearly/monthly IT and Project expectations of IT stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion,
· Work closely with IT leaders to develop and maintain departmental budgets and forecasts.
· Act as a general point of contact for Finance Department
· Develops monthly spending and variance analysis reports
· Creates annual operational budget in coordination with the IT Leadership
· Perform other reporting,coordination related duties on IT Governance as needed.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,
· Create and maintain financial and ad hoc reports to support IT leadership.
· Meet budget constraints
· Evaluate IT financial performance by analyzing actual results with budget plans and forecasts, making recommendations for improvement to management team
· Follow-up actuals
· Responsible providing timely and accurate IT budget reports to Finance and EMEA financial counterparts
· Maintain and enhance monthly IT financial reporting, contributing in the monthly reviews and budget variance discussions with department leadership.
· Identify cost saving opportunities
· Responsible for IT invoice processing and resolution of vendor invoicing issues
· Assist project managers with financial forecasting needs for projects managed in the IT department
· Coordinate with budgeting and accounting to ensure IT financial matters are conducted in compliance with established guidelines.
· Ensure IT procurements are aligned with company procurement processes and follows them up with procurement department and other related departments
· Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and controls, updating documentation as appropriate.
· Vendor & Contract Management
· Act as a general point of contact for procurement topics for local stakeholders.
· Maintains all contract documentation and initiates renewals.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferably in Engineering or Business, Information systems or related fields.
· Ability to work in dynamic environment with competing priorities,a team player comfortable with working across other groups with technologist and management.
· Ability to develop productive working realtionships at all levels of the organizations and cross culturally.
· Excellent understanding of IT purchasing and finance concepts,practices,and procedures.
· Strong relationship management
· Financial background/experience
· Self-starter and proactive contributor to team,
· Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Advance in MS Office applications and other productivity tools.
