GENEL NİTELİKLER

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsibility for the IT Infrastructure(configuration procedures in terms of network, desktop, notebook) of all locations supported
  • Responsibility for the installation (re-image) and first line support of legacy/GI PC’s in accordance with Shell global standards.
  • Ensure SLA’s / Agreements and targets are met for Desktop operation with regards to local services and local helpdesk.
  • Responsibility for the installation (re-image) and first line support of legacy/GI PC’s in accordance with Shell global standards.
  • Procurement and asset management of desktop/portable equipments, and keeping the inventory up to date.
  • Responsibility for support of the local End-to-End processes covering Call Management, Change and Problem Management
  • Ensure that all maintain IT infrastructure stability on all sites in Turkey as a local helpdesk
  • Ensure that all activities are executed in accordance with Shell standards and in compliance with Trust Domain security standards.
  • Maintain HSE standards according to the Group standards and guidelines.
  • Perform GID (Global Desktop operational platform) focal point tasks.
  • Work as part of a virtual team comprising central and local ‘GITI staff’ in supporting GI/legacy environments.
  • Give first time password for IT access in a hour after GID card is printed
  • Ensure control of the files in the common area and data owners
  • Provide infrastructure consultancy for local / non-local projects. Design and advise suitable topology in line with Shell IRM standards and policies.
  • Working in full compliance with ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO27001 Information Security Management System.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Specify the educational background, qualifications and experience typically required to perform the job fully and effectively.

Minimum two year experience with installation and support of desktop/laptop hardware and software and ability to adopt new techniques quickly.

Practical hands-on ability to resolve desktop/laptop problems.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience and knowledge of company systems and software essential or ability to learn quickly.

Customer focused and able to provide training to the customer.

Team player.

Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on set deadlines.

Good business English, written and oral

Good PC knowledge essential.

Ability to work independent
