We are looking for an “IT Recruiter” to work with our HR team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in technical recruitment.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting position processes.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Perform skill-based interviews with position requirements and competencies.
  • Screen and filter job applications and make phone interviews with candidates.
  • Candidate sourcing, including internet and offline database searches.
  • Closely work with Technic Teams and understand technic requirement.
  • Check candidate’s references with their previous company.
  • Taking an active role in system entries and reporting.
  • To be willing to work on target & KPI basis.
  • Established effective communication and relationship-building with candidates.
