QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the job:
To be the on-site accountable of all ICT services provided centrally against our customers, who are internal TR Office users. This role will primarily act as a local service manager, who ensures customer satisfaction and manages escalations. This is mainly managing partners and their services to ensure they are provisioned as contracted. Besides that, to be a 2nd Level on-site Support when needed, educate and train users continuously, create an awareness for Information Security, coordinate all changes and projects as well - especially for provision of additional local services which should add value to business in Turkey Office.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up ongoing incidents, requests and changes for TR office, and ensure they are treated within agreed and written SLAs
- Responsible for local CMDB, IT procurement data and IT asset management processes
- Coordination of Project roll- outs in Turkey Office.
- Management, coordination and execution of all on-site infrastructure changes and tasks
- On-site unified communications and telepresence system support
- Improvement any kind of IT services user experience, i.e. printing services
- In general, finding additional local partners and increasing the number and quality of the local solutions
- Assistance with the roll-out of major and global projects where needed
- Contribute IT documentation pro-actively, write and revise KB articles as a part of performance metrics
- Repetitive end user trainings on various IT topics and provided services
Requirements, skills and competencies
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in various IT roles
- Good understanding of IT service management, good practices of IT support processes, ITIL awareness
- University or College degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Great teamwork skills
- Highly communicative, quality & customer orientation
- Self-sufficient to initiate and execute his/her own agenda, escalate and request assistance where needed and provide sufficient reporting on them
- Good MS Excel and Visio usage, IT network and systems knowledge
- Advanced and fluent English
- Open for reasonable amount of overtime, night works and travel
