Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
- The System Senior Expert is responsible for mail infrastructure technologies such as on-premise Exchange 2019, Veritas Enterprise Vault and other integrated applications/technologies.
- Effective in maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure
- To provide administrative operations of the mail infrastructure
- Ensuring that the mail infrastructure operates 7x24
- Troubleshooting any issues with email flow
- To monitor and manage database/storage in an on-premises environment for mail infrastructure by working with the other teams
- Experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting of Enterprise Vault
- Experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management(MobileIron)
- Designing and executing administrative PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshooting mail platform issues with integrated applications/technologies
- Providing support for help desk team and other team members
