The "IT Project Management Specialist / Sr. Specialist" will be responsible from the effective planning, resource management and implementation of information technology projects, analyzing and reporting processes in the Business Analysis and Project Management Directorate under the Headquarter Information Technologies Deputy General Directorate. Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree from Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems departments
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Project Management
  • Experienced in MS Project, and similar project management tools
  • Proficiency in project development processes and methodologies (preferably with PMP Project Management certificate)
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Have problem solving, analysis, planning, follow-up, reporting, organization and direction skills
  • Strong teamwork, cooperation and communication-coordination skills
  • Analytical point of view, solution and result oriented
  • Innovative, improvement and development oriented

Main Responsibilities:


  • Organizing the software development requests from the Business Development team according to their priorities and transferring information to the software development teams and directing them
  • Receiving the effort and planning of priority business requests from internal IT departments
  • Working with the business development team in the preparation of the project plan, creating and following the project plans
  • Managing change requests from the business unit and project stakeholders, ensuring coordination between IT teams
  • Analyzing project processes, bringing improvement suggestions when necessary and implementing them
  • Preparing regular reports on the project and instant status reports on request
  • Identifying, reporting and tracking risks in the project
  • To help determine the characteristics of the product to be taken into the live flow
  • Informing the relevant units in scenarios that prevent the progress of the project, in cases where the progress of the project is blocked, and providing cooperation for the solution of the related situations
