QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for IT Project Lead to join its IT Department.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in e-commerce business analysis, IT consultancy, or e-commerce project execution fields,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Experience in Finance process enhancement projects or operational IT support,
  • Oracle EBS Finance modüle knowledge is highly preferred,
  • Strong communication and team players skills,
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills,
  • Ability to analyze issues/incidents and to follow up with Global IT or local suppliers,
  • Experience in SQL/PLSQL,
  • Military obligation completed for male candidates.


THE ROLE:

  • The IT Project Lead is a position who works with the Line Manager or IT Director to identify, define, shape, and integrate the demand for new e-commerce projects and services,
  • The IT Project Lead assists his/her leader who is leading the consulting services and works to develop a trusting and influential relationship with the business,
  • Mainly responsible for leading the small-mid size projects following up PM methodologies and building up project management plans, project scope documents,
  • Also, undertake IT business partner role to lead and coordinate Oracle partners or Global IT teams for supporting daily operational needs, defects, enhancements and/or projects of the finance team,
  • Work closely with IT BAs for project requirements’ gathering, the process design and the demand for solutions activities,
  • Able to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners
  • Take active role during business analysis and/or works closely with the IT BAs;
  • To conceive conceptual solutions and create compelling proposals that give Business Sponsors confidence to proceed;
  • To create program charters that address major strategic initiatives and subsequently help them navigate the difficulties of managing business process change,
  • To support the project charter the creation that will have a contribution to larger business value case and subsequently, help resolve issues that escalate beyond the level of the project team.
  • The position requires significant interaction with other areas of IT and outside solution partners, with IT knowledge, communications skills, and analytic skills with the ability to effectively execute on directions and decisions.
