Are you ready to take the position of IT Risk, Information Security and Business Continuity Specialist in our Risk Policies & Reportings Department which is locating in Risk Management Group?


Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of university degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Industry engineering, Computer engineering, Information technologies or equivalent fields,
  • Minimum 4 years progressive experience in operational risk management, fraud, investigating, internal controls, audit, risk management, or equivalent field,
  • Knowledge and experience in risk identification, assessment, analysis, management and reporting,
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English,
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SQL,
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects, Think-cell),
  • Ability to build relationships with people effectively,
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to judge well in problem solving,
  • Ability to work in team environment,
  • Flexibility, collaboration and the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively,
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to multitask

Job Description:

  • Perform IT, Business Continuity (BC) and Information Security (IS) risks management activities in the scope of The Three-Line Model,
  • Monitor and report concentrations on IT, BC and IS risks and ensure that risk-reducing actions are taken,
  • Ensure all IT, BC and IS risks related policies, standards, procedures and work instructions remain up to date and reflective of current practices,
  • Evaluate the compliance of IS, business continuity and information security risk assessment methodologies with the relevant legislation, standards, policy and procedure,
  • Ensure the creating an awareness sensitive to information security risk in Bank,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the IT, BC and IS risks management functions,
  • Support the Senior Management with the effective IT, BC and IS risk analysis and risk mitigation recommendations,
  • Ensure the execution of Key Risk Indicators activities regarding IS risk,
  • Prepare IS risk related periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations for the Senior Management,
  • Ensure that the interaction of IT, BC and IS risks with other risks is evaluated with an integrated risk management perspective,
  • Follow up international best practices and participate in meetings and conferences.
