QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company;
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· Fluency in English is a must, min 5-6 years experience in related fields
· Network knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN, MPLS Routing Protocols,, IPS, IDS, VLAN),
· Experience in virtualization (Hyper V), Knowledge of IT Security Architecture, Information Security Standards and Policies
· Knowledge of backup solutions (Preferably Veeam),
· Cloud solutions experience is must. (intune, Azure AD),
· Basic Web Technologies is plus (Wordpress, Mocha knowledge, web page design, SSL knowledge),
· Experience in Palo Alto firewall set-up and configuration,
· Aruba Central portal Management experience,
· Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IIS,
· Able to handle 5651 logs and configure SIEM correlations,
· Experienced in ITSM processes like incident, change management, event and problem management etc..
· Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility, strong team player,
· Willing to work with documentation and standards, keeping all IT related documents up-to-date,
· Excellent communication, presentation skills to IT leader,
· Willing to travel up to 30% among Turkey locations
Job Description
· Responsible for all new IT projects
· Improving current systems and workflows as well as IT business plan that is compatible with the IT global targets.
· Level 2 support to Level 1 Service Delivery team both in Turkey and global IT when necessary
· Managing local IT vendors and agreements like ISPs and other SaaS services.
· Responsible for daily operations like monitoring systems, backup problems.
· Improving the IT service delivery services among users and increasing the awareness of usage ITSM tools
· Keeping track of IT budget and actuals
· Decomissioning of local servers and migrating them to cloud services.
· Applying disaster recovery test plans like HA firewalls, internet lines, backup replicas etc..
