QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Profile
- Supporting IT users (such as PC, LAN, SAP, Knauf Software and systems administration & troubleshooting) in using the IT Systems, on call for after-hours IS issues when required.
- Completing other relevant tasks as required by direction of the IT department management,
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
- Supporting all global and local technology projects.
- Managing the local servers and supporting the business’s specific applications
- Documenting processes and improving implemented documentation,
- Assets Management such as Purchasing, Shipping, Tracking, Maintenance
- Complying with processes, procedures, company policies
- Being flexible on workplace,
- Completing other relevant tasks as required by direction of the IT department management,
- Protecting data against loss or damage,
- Securing IT systems against unauthorized use,
- Protecting the security and confidentiality of data
- Minimizing system outages and improving availability,
- Sharing the knowledge of IT Systems through documentation and peer communication,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related departments
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience in multinational environment
- Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
- Highly comfortable in interacting with others, of varying personalities, in person, on the phone and through using remote tools
- Capable of providing extended hours when required to meet deadlines
- Able to prioritize and work effectively while being adaptable and open to constant priority changes
- Calm and collected disposition in complex high pressure business situations
- Work effectively independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Being willing to work flexible hours
- Focus on safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to frequently travel to remote plant sites and a valid Driver’s license,
- Completed military service obligation for male candidates,
