Döhler Turkey is looking for an "IT Specialist" to be employed in Karaman Plant with following qualifications;
Your Role
- Acting as a IT business partner within the organization;
- Providing IT solutions for businesses;
- Assisting towards IT solutions for the end users;
- Monitoring IT performance and delivery indicators;
- Supporting implementation of IT programs and procedures;
- Communicating with global IT teams, vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve local IT problems;
- Supporting change-release processes and implementation of IT security guidelines;
- Identifying IT problems and seeks resolutions without impact to end user;
- Defining & understanding the users needs and provides hardware solutions;
- Following & implementing technological tools, developments and new IT trends.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field,
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar operations;
- Monitoring and reporting of IT Projects;
- Management of plant IT infrastructure and network;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Have a good knowledge of MS outlook, MS office applications;
- Good knowledge of active directory and domain controller;
- Knowledge in operational systems windows 7, windows 10 and windows mobile;
- Experience in terminal server management;
- Knowledge on virtual server management - VMW;
- No obstacle to frequent travels;
- No military obligation for male candidates.
