QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

INTEC ENERGY – IT SPECIALIST

INTEC Energy Solutions is a pioneering service provider in Consultancy, Solar Energy EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) and Operation & Maintenance. With a foundation of Germany-based solar power plant planning and implementation, our specialized team works with clients across the globe to use energy produced by solar power systems to improve all aspects of life. As an international company we are looking for IT SPECIALIST.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, networking, ERP, data storage and backup solutions,

· Excellent command of English is a must,

· Experience in construction or Energy companies

· Ability to work with teams from different cultures

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

· No travel obligations,

· Good problem-solving and analytical thinking

JOB DESCRIPTION

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the IT Specialist are as follows.

· Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

· Follow up ERP projects and responsible of the coordination

· Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements

· Install and update company software and hardware as needed

· Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

· To ensure that infrastructure, hardware, network, operating, and application systems are established, operated, updated, and developed in line with the determined targets and strategies,

· Ability to solve problems, plan and follow through,

· To determine the needs of new devices, hardware, and accessories for the information technology system to perform in the desired effectiveness in line with the developing needs

· Ensuring that software and hardware work within company policies and are kept up to date,

· Supporting network/Internet access problems, providing necessary network connections,

· Setting up, operating, and maintaining units such as computers, printers, photocopiers, and intervening in technical failure situations,

· Competent in Microsoft Windows operating systems management and experienced in Windows security management,

· Managing the software and systems necessary for the system security of the company
