QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of the IT Specialist are as following:
· Supporting end users about ERP, network, software and hardware problems,
· Installing, administering and maintenance of Windows based computers,
· Preparing reports by using T-SQL Programming Language for the group companies.
· Administration and maintenance of Windows based servers and services,
· Implementation and administration network infrastructure,
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
· Pro-active with a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
· Experience in T-SQL development, creation and maintenance of T-SQL packages,functions, stored procedures and views.
· Experience in Microsoft 365 applications is an asset.
· Experience in Logo ERP Systems will be preferred.
· Experience on Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory, DHCP Management),Exchange Servers and SQL Servers will be preferred.
· Experience on TCP/IP Networking (WAN, LAN), on network and security appliances is an asset.
· Cisco and Microsoft Certifications will be preferred.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position,
· Relevant educational background such as engineering degree from a leading university,
· Being able to work extended hours without notice in order to resolve issues,
· Strong communication and problem solving skills, acting as a good team player,
· Very good level of English,
· No restriction for travelling.
