Qualifications;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• 2-5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of computer hardware and network systems
• Standard SW tools
• Windows Server/ Windows 10 environment
• O365 suite, Skype for Business
• EDI tools
Job description as a part of Group IT team;
• Contact to all A+P employees looking for IT support & assistance
• Work with specific 3rd party suppliers to solve IT issues
• Work continuously on a task until timely completion (or manage referral to third parties)
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at the same time
• Friendly behaviour on call or in writing
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and suppliers
• Follow established processes and decisions
• Escalation to team lead in time, if necessary
