QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Building the hardware, network, and system infrastructures for the company and the customer, providing the necessary equipment for the users' access, making the required user definitions. Providing support and taking the measures needed to ensure that the systems are operational and accessible.
- Ensure the problems related to the department's modules are communicated to the relevant people and to provide the necessary support
- Installing and supporting the software produced/used for the infrastructure.
- Reporting and storing incoming problems in the digital environment for faster resolution.
- Set up new PCs (including the operating system), install the necessary licensed programs and applications, test them and deliver them to the users.
- Managing the devices in the meeting rooms, providing support to the users in line with their needs.
- Delivery of the maintained and repaired devices to the relevant users. Inventory records of the given devices must be appropriately kept.
- According to New Policies Preparing, the helpdesk and system and network file, handbook, and all documents related to the infrastructure.
- Making the necessary security definitions for system access. (All network and Security Equipment)
- Taking the necessary measures for the continuity of the systems and infrastructures, making suggestions, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in related field (Computer Education and Instructional Technology, Computer Programming, Information Technologies, etc.)
- 1-5 years of experience in the related field
- Good command of English
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good at team-work
- Responsible, careful
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows server operating systems
- Basic Network TCP/IP knowledge (Layer 2- Layer 3)
- Knowledge of Firewall, VPN, Office 365,
- Basic understanding of Vcenter Management
- Ability to support issues such as Computer part replacement, operating system installation, printer, office internet
- Knowledge of help desk tools such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup and NetApp Storages
- Follow-up of hosting from Natro company to manage company websites create Proforma for purchase or domain name renewal.
