QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an IT Systems Specialist who will work in our Manisa plant.
The qualifications and responsibilities of this position are mentioned below.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fundamental knowledge in Windows OS, MS Office, MS cloud solutions (Sharepoint, O365, OneDrive, etc.)
- Fundamental knowledge in TCP/IP and client connectivity
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to support end-user devices
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of users
- Good understanding of IT Service Management and having ITIL foundation certification is a plus
- Understanding of business applications and ERP is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Residency in Manisa or İzmir
Main Responsibilities:
- 1st level administration and troubleshooting of local systems
- User management (AD and other 3rd Party Applications)
- Network (Hands & Eye Support of Equipments)
- E-mail services
- Printing services
- File services & Storage (File Server, NAS, SAN)
- Servers (MS 2008/2012)
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare ESX)
- Backup & Mirroring (HP Store Once)
- 1st level support operation of Manisa Plant end-users
- Provide first and second tier helpdesk support for employees
- Communicate with global support teams when third & above tier helpdesk support needed
- Provide on-call support as required
- Support of Supplier Management for IT Services
- Maintenance activities for Datacenter's / Serves Rooms inside the plant
- Management of IT inventory in Manisa plant
- Preparation of periodical measurement reports (KPIs) when needed
