QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview:

Responds to reported system issues, investigate and analyze system issues, and manage ticket queues. Completes ticket investigation and queue management as directed.Ensures completion of daily tasks according to established quality and service guidelines.Positive working relations with team members and functions competently in team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years virtualization experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V,
  • At least 5 years experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange and Active Directory,
  • Experience in monitor and alerting systems with Zabbix and/or Manage Engine,
  • Solid network administration skills,
  • VMWare, Microsoft, HPE and/or Cisco certification is a plus,
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills,
  • Bachelor's in any of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or IT Technologies fields
