JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing all necessary documents for import&export operations,
  • Coordinating shipmentsand the process until the products are delivered to the customer,
  • Maintaining regular communication with customs broker to ensure compliance to all customs law and regulations,
  • Maintaining knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensuring efficient transmission of all import products,
  • Ensuring the flow of information between production, shipment and logistics units for allimport and export processes,
  • Participating the continuous improvement of current systems and processes, implementing projects accordingly,
  • Responding to all requests and questions of the customers regarding with their orders and shipments by coordinating with other departments,
  • Following up the payments by coordinating with Finance department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Foreign Trade, Transportation, Logistics, Engineering or Business Management preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in deep knowledge on Import, Export, Customs and Foreign Trade legislation
  • Very good command of English
  • Competence in planning, organizing and reporting
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills,
  • Quality and customer oriented
  • Result-oriented, analytical thinking
  • Intercultural adaptation and communication skills
  • With high persuasion skills
  • Applicants with completed military service for male candidates
