QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We , as AKSU Mühendislik Pompa ve Hidrofor Sistemleri , are looking for an IMPORT SPECIALIST having following qualifications to be employed in our main office in Izmir.
- Having fluent English both written and verbally is a must
- Bachelor degree from Management, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Economics, Material, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Import / Export operations
- Good command on Excel, Word. Experienced in Mikro program.
- Managing stocks , preparing purchase orders and following up stock balance
- Maintaining knowledge on regulations of import products and custom clearence procedures
- Managing supplier relations, maintaining the continuity of service quality
- Following shipment schedules , operations between custom agent and forwarder
- Preparing priorities in pending orders according to monthly schedule
