QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- University degree. (Preferably; Industrial engineer, Chemical Engineering or similar majors)
- Minimum 2 years of experience at supply chain divisons international logistics.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (esp. MS Excel) and data management skills.
- Excellent persuasive communication, interpersonal awareness and influencing skills coupled with initiative taking ability, result orientation and thoroughness.
- Reside in Anatolian side of Istanbul.
İŞ TANIMI
- Collects offers; aim to deliver a lower cost base while improving service / quality.
- Prepares and give purchase orders.
- Following up import/export order process, order details, shipment, payments,
- Prepare and send documents of shipments,
- Organizing logistics procedure, follow customs clearance works with the Customs Consultant
- Follows deliveries to ensure timeliness.
- Reports all business activities according to company procedures.
