QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for "Japanese interpreter" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our company "NISSHIN SEIFUN TURKEY MAKARNA VE GIDA SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş."
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- N2 or higher level of Japanese knowledge,
- Preferably lived or studied in Japan for 1 year,
- Having knowledge about Japanese culture,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Having good diction and strong communication skills,
- Open to development, prone to teamwork,
- Be able to ensure that basic processes are carried out in the department apart from the translation job,
- Able to work in an environment such as production site other than the office environment,
- Able to reside in Ankara
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring verbal communication between Turkish employees and Japanese employees
Japanese-Turkish (if necessary, English) written/oral translation
Ensuring internal/external correspondence of Japanese employees
Supporting Japanese employees in processes such as adapting to the city and obtaining work/residence permits
Supporting the hotel, flight and vehicle reservation processes of Japanese employees,
Creating and submitting documents to support the daily routine work of the department, other than written/oral translation, for control and approval
Participating in processes in the production area such as root-cause research, test production, general inspection for troubles/customer complaints, apart from translation work
