Novalab is specialized in producing optimization based solutions like production planning and scheduling tools and is the leading provider for enterprise customers which mostly are leaders in their specific production sector.
We develop R&D intensive, high technology solutions in an agile environment, so we are looking for bright engineers who are enthusiastic about learning new stuff and developing their programming and engineering skills.
Successful candidates must exhibit:
• A solid background in engineering
• A strong foundation on object oriented programming conventions, data structures and algorithms
• Analytic thinking capability, which among many things is essential for development of robust algorithms
• Familiarity and hands on experience with at least one popular object oriented language, preferably Java
• A strong desire towards learning new things, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and a good team player attitude
