QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Argela, which develops 5G enabling & next-generation technologies for telecommunications, public and defense industry; is looking for an * Java Engineer*
Job Description:
- Transform data using SQL to identify trends that lead to actionable problems.
- Present valuable information retrieved from database to related GUI via REST WS.
- Custom Analytic Software Module or Product Development.
- Testing of end to end functionality for developed features in related Product Family.
Qualifications:
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL or similar) on the topics of SQL/PLSQL, Indexes, query tuning, debugging.
- Knowledge of how to design data models
- 1-3 years of experience in Java application programming
- Spring Boot/Microservices Experience is a big plus
- RestFul Web Services Experience is a must
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and algorithm performance
- Application development using noSQL data stores expecially Hbase is a big plus
- A good command in English both verbal and written
- Be prepared to be a member of cross-functional working groups that bring domain knowledge with data together to design Network and Service Quality Management Software for Telecom Operators
