About The Role
We are looking for top nutch canditates eager to help us transform financial services market space to include those that were not included before with helping us build a culture for life time learning, perfect communication, lean management and espcially GREAT software.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Back End Development responsibilities and partner with the tech&product team leads on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's learning culture as well as well developing and maintaining the software.

- Participate in know-how building
- Participate in developing life changing financial products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
- 1 years experience programming on Node.js and/or Java Spring
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing top nutch software
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Experience working in Financial Services large-scale platforms and programs a plus
