Divan İstanbul is looking for Jr.Receptionist.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up.
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, Opera knowledge is a must.
- Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers.
- Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Training and supervisory skills.
- Organization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to comply with working on shifts.
