Qualifications:
· University degree in marketing or business management
· 1 - 3 years working experiences
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Knowledge of MS Office applications for making executive summaries and supporting strategic decisions
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with good reporting
· Creative and energetic
· Being result oriented
· Excellent in communication skills
· Open to exploring new trends and learning
· Experience in mother&baby sector is a plus
Job Description:
· Assisting in development of the category marketing plan by developing and understanding of the growth drivers
· Assisting in execution of the activity plan and coordination with third parties
· Accountable for category operations to review sales performance analysis and taking necessary actions
· Monitoring budget spend and provide timely communication to keys takeholders
· Co-lead new launches to the market
· Providing content for Chicco social and digital marketing activities
· Preparing monthly reports about category operations to review sales performance analysis and taking necessary actions
· Conducting market research on regular basis to analyze new products and competitor trends
· Working collaboratively with Sales Department, Finance, and Logistics in order to reach category targets
