QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BFF Kozmetik is a Turkish company that exports its own brand PIELOR and private label personal care products to 5 continents. We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to be assigned to our facility in Tuzla Chemical Organized Industrial Zone.

• Preferably graduated from International Relations, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Foreign Trade departments of universities,

• Experienced in the cosmetics industry,

• At least 2 years of business experience, command of export and transportation processes,

• Fluent in Russian, Arabic, French and English,

• Able to use Microsoft Office programs at a good level,

• Taking care of his appearance, successful in human relations, good diction and high communication skills,

• Strong stress management, planning and coordination skills, prone to teamwork and responsibility,

• Strong sales skills, coordination and organizational skills, able to use time effectively,

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and have no barriers to travel abroad,No foreign travel restrictions

•Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participating in international and domestic fairs, evaluating the negotiations and answering the customers,

• Organizing foreign markets and gaining new users to the company,

• Receiving orders from export customers and entering orders into the system

• Follow-up of the order preparation process in parallel with the production

• Preparation of export documents,

• Getting to know the export processes well, making installation and improvement studies related to the processes

• Follow-up of the whole process, including customs clearance

• Transport organization and tracking,

Working hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00-19:15

Friday: 08:00-12:15

Saturday-Sunday is a holiday.
