As a Junior Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Manage product knowledge from both a technical and a business perspective, establishing a transparent and continuous communication with CS and SALES and representing the voice of the customer within our organization in terms of product.
Translate customer needs into technical requirements and share them with the Product Team with proper prioritization
Acting as interface between global markets and internal functions such as Sales, Customer Success and Country Manager.
Plan and implement trainings from a theoretical and practical point of view of every new product feature
Perform in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, etc) and identify customer requirements, value proposition, and unlocking new opportunities for DoktorTakvimi.
Help Customer Support teams to diagnose issues and resolve escalated bugs using established processes keeping a low % of lack of knowledge reports
