A “Junior Supply Chain Analyst” will be recruited to work with the following qualifications at our Company's Headquarters.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or mathematics related faculties from top level universities,
- Having a career goal in the field of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management,
- Able to use MS Office programs (Especially MS Excel) well,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Able to manage their stress while keeping up to long working hours,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Meticulous and regular about archiving, filing, and reporting,
- Preferably experienced on Slimstock, PowerBl and SAP,
- Residing on the Anatolian side,
- No travel restrictions,
- Active driving skills,
- Not related to military service for male candidates.
Job Description
- Analyzing data related to supply chain, reporting the analyzed data to board members,
- Providing support for the analysis and optimization of stock inventories, brand availability and replenishment order recommendations in our distribution centers by using forecasting software and other tools,
- Following and checking up on business development and improvement requests, reporting those requests to their manager,
- Providing support upon market and competitor analysis,
- Following up on automotive and sub-industry fairs, informing their manager about those fairs while providing support on business and process development by catching up with the innovations about automotive and aftermarket sector,
- Participating on in-house/external meetings alongside their manager, coordinating the meetings if needed,
- Taking notes on Senior Management meeting decisions, sharing them with relevant personnel,
