QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:
We are looking for an Istanbul based Junior Supply Chain Specialist who will be directly reporting professionally to Grolman Kimya Supply Chain Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:
Who we are looking for:
• Most have related majors of Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably 2-3 years purchasing experience preferably in related categories as international commerce & supply / customs transactions / logistics
• Knowledge in contract management, negotiation and logistics procurement
• Detail and result oriented, open to change and customer focused
• Ability to work in teams with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
• Advanced knowledge in English
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the entire purchasing and sales processing
• Import and export processing
• Support of international customers and suppliers
• Merchandise planning
• Independent inventory control
