QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for Human Resources Specialist to join our HR Team.

The position will be located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR department in a production company
• Well – developed interviewing and assessment skills
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Complete understanding of HR systems and practices
• Must have excellent problem solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be a good consensus builder and have strong persuasive power
• Must have and be able to keep the trust of employees
• Requires excellent organization skills for balancing all activities and keeping detailed records
• Strong PC competency demonstrated (Word, Excel, PPS, etc.)
• Will be able to work in our factory located in Tekirdağ-Çerkezköy

Job Description:

• Be responsible for all HR activities and operations for related accounts (recruitment, on-boarding, exit, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, internal communication activities)
• Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations
• Create job descriptions and organization charts in line with the organizational studies and update them regularly
• Work closely with leaders to analyse, anticipate and outline present and future organisational capabilities
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement
• Organizing social activities and events to raise employee engagement
• Prepares reports in conformance with requirements for Corporate on a monthly basis .
