Job Responsibilities
· Managing Quality Assurance and legal requirements on food safety as well as customer claims
· Managing quality control processes,
· Managing trainings of team and instructions of quality processes,
· Preparing reports of quality processes and non-conformities,
· Lean tools experience is preferred,
· Evaluating customer complaints and taking related actions,
· Followingactions for improvement activities
· Preparing reportsrelated to all quality assurance items
· Conduct internal and external audits
· Follow up, manage and implement changes on quality management system documentation
· Identify training needs of the team and organize training to meet quality standards
· coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
· evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
· Ensuring that all departments work in line with the principles of the quality assurance system
Required:
· Bachelors Degree in Engineering Department
· Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in quality control departments in manufacturing plants.
· Knowledge on ISO9001,14001, HACCP, GMP and BRC or similar
· Lean tools, A3, 8D, Six Sigma and FMEA experience is preferred
· Experience inplastic packaging will be an asset
· Experience in quality control tools
· Experience in document management systems such as QDMS,Qmex
· Strong quality control management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong organizational, communication,leadership and time management skills
· Advanced level knowledge of quality control systems
