We are looking for an "Quality Assurance Supervisor" to be assigned with in the Quality department to achieve greater things together.

General Qualifications

  • Graduates from technical departments of universities (Machine, Metallurgy and Materials, İndustry, Product engineerings ext.)
  • Fluently command of English.
  • At least 3 years of relevant practice in quality
  • Have must to be ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditor certification
  • Proficient in documentation and process management
  • Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
  • Documentation and process management
  • Improved reporting and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail, result oriented.
  • Having strong communication skills, attentive, dynamic and able to work in a team
  • Responsible and meticulous
  • Experienced and knowledgeable about the use and operation of the ERP system
  • Proficient in Ms Office programs
  • Willingness to travel
  • Completed military service for male candidate
  • Driving licence (class B)
  • Living or able to live in Bursa

Job description

  • Managing quality levels in Entry, Process and Final Control stages
  • Determination, initiation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints
  • İnitiation and follow-up of necessary documentation activities, informing the relevant units,
  • To monitor and report quality-related return and return costs from customers
  • Taking part in 5S system work activities in the enterprise,
  • Participating in customer visits, accompanying factory visits by customers,
  • Taking part in internal audits, determining and reporting the actions to be taken,
  • Contributing to the establishment of rules, standards and norms for production and control activities,

  • Analyzing and reporting all quality complaints and nonconformities that occur in customers and the factory,
  • To determine the root causes of errors and to take actions to eliminate them, provided that they cooperate with the production.
