QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a full time on site QC Manager for our abroad US Government Projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- Experience in US Government Construction Projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality control manager on demanding building construction projects
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work abroad
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement Project Quality Control Plan. Plan, monitor, document and report overall quality control process of the design-to-build project
- Oversee site operations to ensure materials and construction practices meet contract requirements
- Review and certify all construction submittals to ensure compliance to contract documents
- Managing and performing three-phase quality control inspections to ensure work compliance to requirements
- Ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed/implemented and are expeditiously closed out
- Conduct and moderate Quality control meetings and liaison with client on Quality related issues
