Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or a related Engineering domain
- Min. 1-2 years professional experience in related field, polymer knowledge is preferred
- Preferably familiar to ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certification and have knowledge on SPC/FMEA/MSA/8D
- Ability to work with cross functional teams,
- Analytical thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic,
- Strong communication and coordination skills, willingness for learning approach and for solving problems,
- Highly motivated to work in an agile and complex automotive environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- No restriction for travel including abroad travels,
- Laboratory equipment and application process knowledge
Job Description
- Supervise the laboratory activities ensuring the compliance with all the company standards (quality, cost, 5S) and report to department leader
- Supporting to EH&S requirements, implement all requirements into Booths and Laboratories.
- Managing incoming raw material quality control process
- Following and preparing Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports related with QC control department.
- Responsibility of quality control reports to the Quality Control Leader
- Assist technical departments in solving and preventing quality problems of products
- Prepare the quality and safety documentation for the lab (control plans, test methods, instructions, etc)
- Conduct capability studies (Gage R&R for laboratory equipment)
- Participate in the continuous improvement (quality, cost, timing) in all above the mentioned areas
- Closely working with production teams to maintain product quality by enforcing quality policies and procedures and implementing new approaches,
