Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Department |
Knowledge in Lean production methodology and tools |
Knowledge of in ISO 9001 and 16949 |
Fluent in written and spoken English |

JOB DESCRIPTION |
Follow up quality targets and ensure that the quality targets are adopted by all employees |
Ensure that rules, standards and norms used in production and quality control activities are in effect |
Prepare and keep Quality Management System documents |
Understand customer requirements to improve quality control processes |
Provide training to employees on quality, prevention, correction and verification |
Create control plans and keep up to date |
Follow up quality metrics for incoming goods, semi finished goods, finished goods and make pre-process, in-process and post-process inspections |
Detect and analyse nonconformities in the components, products, process and manage appropriate actions |
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives |
Evaluate suppliers and improve those with opportunities |
Manage external and internal customer complaints to prevent reoccurrence |
Lead the corrective & preventive actions for deviation from quality targets that are defined for the processes |
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations |
