| JOB DESCRIPTION |
| Follow up quality targets and ensure that the quality targets are adopted by all employees |
| Ensure that rules, standards and norms used in production and quality control activities are in effect |
| Prepare and keep Quality Management System documents |
| Understand customer requirements to improve quality control processes |
| Provide training to employees on quality, prevention, correction and verification |
| Create control plans and keep up to date |
| Follow up quality metrics for incoming goods, semi finished goods, finished goods and make pre-process, in-process and post-process inspections |
| Detect and analyse nonconformities in the components, products, process and manage appropriate actions |
| Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives |
| Evaluate suppliers and improve those with opportunities |
| Manage external and internal customer complaints to prevent reoccurrence |
| Lead the corrective & preventive actions for deviation from quality targets that are defined for the processes |
| Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations |
