QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SOM Fasteners mainly produces fasteners for automotive industry and supply both domestically and abroad. As well as, serves special designed fasteners as a reliable partner globally to durable consumption sector, door-window, marble, construction and solar energy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related discipline,
Min. 2 years of related experience preferably, in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of core automotive Quality tools, such as:, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control (SPC),
Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Problem-Solving (8D, etc.) approach,
Knowledge of automotive customer specific requirements affecting the product line;
Basic knowledge of QSE management standards
(IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001…)
Good command of English (Active speaking and writing)
Completed military service for male canditates.
Proficiency MS Office programmes
Synthetic and analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
Strong communication skils and
Main responsibilities and duties :
- She/he introduces, monitors and validates the good practices for Quality procedures of Products/Process
- Acts as the Customer representative for customer claims
- Coordinates the problem solving activities
- To keep the documentation of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System
- Ensures the deployment and implementation of the Quality tools and procedures in production
- Carrying out MSA studies
- Taking part in continuous improvement studies by participating in planned and unplanned internal audits
