GENEL NİTELİKLER

ŞAHİN METAL A.Ş has been operating in ISTANBUL / Esenyurt for more than 30 years and produces aluminum die casting products for its domestic and foreign customers and 95% of the production is exported to these companies.

QUALİTY ENGİNEER Candidate is expected to be following skills:

· Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 4 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry for Customer Quality and/or Project Quality departments.

· Excellent proficiency in English for both written and oral skills.

· Having a good command of German is a plus.

· Experience in automotive core tools (i.e. APQP, PPAP, etc.) is essential.

· Formal certification on IATF 16949 is required.

· Good communication skills is a must to handle customer relations.

· Have a fast-paced and solution-oriented mindset.

· Background in High-Pressure Die Casting is preferable.

· Reside or willing to relocate in Istanbul, European Peninsula

Job Description

Candidate is expected to be responsible for:

Take necessary actions in order to meet the customer expectations to fulfill the engineering standards and/or specifications.

· Contribute to planning and/or troubleshooting during commissioning stages for new products as well as ongoing serial production.

· Supervise quality assurance actions for daily productions.

· Attend technical and administrative meetings for regular process assessments.

· Attend project evaluation meetings with customers.
