KPI ‘s :
· Implementation of smart wood Quality K pi's
· Integrated management Systems implementation & consolidation
· Alignment at the standards
Specific :
· Established the flow and risk assessment based on production process flow
· Create & Develop the specification of items producing
· Implements key parameters for quality control on the process flow
· Define an AQL & standard for final control & release product
· Developed the HARA /HACCP system & fix the CCP ‘s for monitoring
· Evaluate & approved the suppliers of materials based on safety & sustainability
· Established the key KPY ‘s to be follow
· Perform incoming material inspection plan
· Keep records of claims
· Analyze the claims , cause of them and take together with local team preventiv action & correction
· Implement a Good Hygiene Practice
· Implement the traceability system and perform analyze ( starting from final batch code to the row mat and from the material to the final customer )
· Acquiring tools for armaments & perform internal & external calibration
· Performed microbiological tests for person , contact place with products & working tools
· Perform contaminants analyze for final product
· Retain samples from each batch in case of litigious
· Prepare a plant book ready for product safety certification
· Achieved & sustained the integrated Management systems ISO’s & BRC Packaging
· Follow the internal audit & factory action plan for improvements
· Training production line staff in GMP, GHP , HACCP ,quality control and assessment of goods
· Validate all new product and machines development to ensure compliance of quality standards
· Preparing customer audits and other third party audit for certification .
· Participating in audits as auditee
· Knows FSC& PEFC standards apply FSC supplier paper request

Experience & qualification
• University degree – food industry or chemistry
• min 3 years experience in food or packaging or integrated systems management
• Knows systems like : ISO 9001;14001;OHSAS , BRC or similar FSSC 22K ,IFS ,
• FSC /PEFC is a plus
