Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• - Minimum 5 years experience in CRM and Campaign Management preferably in financial services
• - Strong planning ability and problem solver with provided resources
• - Knowledge of MS Office programs
• - Experience in Evam Marketing Automation tool is a plus

Job description:

• - Plan, develop and execute CRM and campaign activities
• - Full ownership of all email, sms, push notification channels (planning, execution, reporting and improvements)
• - Develop customer journeys and automation scenarios via Evam Marketing Automation tool
• - Planning and tracking communication budget
• - Work collaboratively with other teams and partners
